Downs Community Development Committee (DCDC)
The DCDC oversees the church’s outreach and social impact programs—including the Fishes & Loaves Ministry, community partnerships, and local support initiatives. This committee exists to extend Christ’s compassion beyond the sanctuary and into the streets of Oakland.

His approach blends compassion, strategic planning, and faith in action—ensuring that the church’s mission reaches beyond its walls to meet people where they are.

Chairperson – Board of Trustees
